- Respond to enquiries from parents and schools.
- Contact parents regarding student absences and other administrative matters.
- Assist with student registrations and general administration.
- Manage email correspondence professionally.
- Represent Precision Chess Academy in a professional manner.
- Follow up with schools to answer questions and help convert enquiries into coaching programmes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicating with school administrators, principals, and parents both over the phone and via email.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and confidence using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Previous administration or customer service experience is highly desirable.
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours.
- Primarily work from home.
- Starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30 hours per week as the academy expands.
