This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's computer systems, fleet technology, and digital platforms to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our transport business. The successful applicant will provide technical support to staff and drivers while helping maintain secure, reliable, and effective ICT systems.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Coordinate the procurement of fleet technology devices, including Guardian Live in-vehicle cameras, EROAD telematics, and electronic logbook units.
- Supporting fleet technology systems, including Guardian Live in-vehicle camera systems and EROAD telematics and electronic logbooks, including configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues with in-vehicle cameras, telematics units, driver communication tools and electronic logbooks, escalating to suppliers where required
- Developing and maintaining the company's website, including updating content, monitoring performance, and coordinating with hosting providers where required.
- Monitoring ICT system performance and reliability through routine updates, backups, preventive maintenance, and system checks.
- Replacing, or coordinating servicing of ICT equipment including computers, printers, and mobile devices, with on-site attendance where necessary.
- Liaising with external IT service providers, software vendors, telecommunications providers, and fleet technology suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Maintaining documentation relating to ICT systems, configurations, user support procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience providing technical support for computers, software applications, mobile devices, and business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based systems, business applications, and mobile technologies.
- Familiarity with fleet telematics systems, GPS tracking, transport technology platforms, or similar technologies (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
Qualifications

The role is integral to supporting the company's continued growth and expansion into local delivery services through reliable and effective ICT infrastructure.
