We’re looking for a motivated, technically minded Coordinator to join an established and growing construction team in Christchurch. This office-based role works closely with skilled tradespeople to ensure projects run smoothly while supporting the upper management with general administration duties as well.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects within the defined timelines and budgets.

Who we’re looking for:

• Trades background (Construction)
• Scheduling and project coordination
• Computer literate and confident with office systems
• Strong communicator and team player with a positive attitude
• Motivated to take on project coordination and support multiple divisions
• Understanding of New Zealand work culture and expectations

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating projects across construction/trades ideal
• Support senior tradespeople with scheduling, workflow, and job tracking
• Communicating with clients and staff to keep projects on track
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations
• Support the broader operations of the business as needed
