Every year Transport Repairs Ltd employs a new intake of apprentices for a start in January each year.

Thank you to all the applicants for our Apprenticeship program for 2026.

With overwhelming popularity and record submissions this year, we can now confirm all positions have been filled and the campaign for 2026 is now complete.

Transport Repairs wishes to extend a collective Thank you, to all applicants both successful and unsuccessful.

We are the Cummins engine dealer for Otago, and Southland; we are a Southpac Trucks dealer supporting the premier brands of DAF, Kenworth, and TRP products in Canterbury, Central Otago, and Southland. We are also an Isuzu Trucks authorised service centre for Central Otago. Our modern workshops have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including the latest diagnostic tools. Transport Repairs are offering Heavy Automotive – Road Transport (Diesel Mechanic), Auto Electrical and Transport Engineering (Fitter Welder) Apprenticeships across the South Island starting January 2024. We are looking for keen, motivated individuals who seek a long and rewarding career in the heavy automotive industry. Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians and Transport Engineers are in very short supply world-wide and will continue to be trades that is in high demand.
