We’re currently looking for Support Workers to join our team, with a range of roles available depending on your experience and preferred shifts. We operate 24/7 and offer:

You’ll work alongside the person you support to help create a life full of rich and diverse experiences. You’ll need to:

Read situations, problem-solve, and apply boundaries or offer space

Support daily routines while encouraging independence and personal growth

Assist with personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks

Be passionate about helping people access and participate in their wider community

This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.95 and $29.10 per hour.
