Our mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our newly formed and talented Business Analyst team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to bridge business processes with D365 F&O capability, as well as working on other Business Systems as needed. You’ll play a key role in optimising and enhancing the platform to drive measurable outcomes across billing, revenue, and financial operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions
  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance and commercial processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Support testing, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
  • Strong experience across Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Billing modules
  • Proven experience delivering platform enhancements and business improvements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Why you’ll love working at EROAD:
