The Opportunity

As an Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects by:

• Providing technical and engineering support to project teams
• Planning and coordinating construction activities, resources and materials
• Developing construction methodologies and work plans
• Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and site operations
• Managing quality assurance processes and documentation
• Assisting with project programming, procurement and cost management
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance
• Supporting health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of structures and civil infrastructure projects while developing your project delivery and leadership capability.

About You

We'd love to hear from Engineers who have:

• A Bachelor of Engineering or relevant engineering qualification
• Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A collaborative approach and positive attitude
• A commitment to safe, high-quality project delivery
• A full New Zealand Driver Licence

Experience across structures, bridges, piling, marine works, water infrastructure, concrete construction, AutoCAD or project planning software will be highly regarded.
