What you’ll do:
As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll have a front-row seat to the decisions, conversations and priorities shaping the future of Genesis. You'll manage a complex and fast-moving diary, coordinate travel and key meetings, prepare executive papers and presentations, and ensure every day runs seamlessly.
You'll be a trusted partner who creates capacity for our CEO by anticipating what's needed, exercising sound judgement and keeping priorities moving in a dynamic environment. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll build strong relationships across the Executive team, business and with external stakeholders, including government, iwi and industry partners.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships across every part of the business, be involved in work that really matters, and make a genuine contribution to the success of Genesis every day.
Please note that this is a permanent, full-time Auckland based role.
What you’ll need:
You bring experience supporting senior executives in complex organisations, but more importantly, you bring the judgement, resilience and adaptability that will set you up for success.
Experience providing executive support to a CEO or senior executive in a large, complex organisation
The ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep multiple priorities moving
Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with others
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A positive, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional support.
