We are seeking an enthusiastic production line operator to join our team at our dairy powder processing plant close to Manukau City.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
• Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines.
• Inspects product to ensure high quality.
• Collect and move raw materials for processing
• Measure and mix raw materials
• Pack, stack, label and move the final product
• Load and unload processing equipment and product
• Check the quality of the product and document the results at certain times of the production process
• Clean and sterilise the factory processing area and equipment
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
• Take instructions from supervisors.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor
• Perform other various job functions as may be assigned

Requirements:

· Must be mature and physically fit, can lift heavy bags up to 25kg with ease repeatedly

· Self-motivated and a team-player

· Reliable and Hardworking

· can speak and write fluent English, and have good mathematical skills

· Be prepared to work in other associated roles within the company as required

· Forklift licence preferred but not necessary

· Clean background check

· available for night shift when required to

. Guaranteed 40 hours per week

· Days of work Monday – Friday and must be prepared to work in the weekend when required

. NZ Resident or valid NZ working visa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
