As we gear up for our busy end-of-year trading season, PB Tech is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our East Head Office team on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to January 2027. This role plays an important part in supporting our distribution and logistics operations during one of the busiest times of the year. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency and accuracy are highly valued. If you're reliable, enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering quality results, we'd love to hear from you. Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (Availability to work one rostered weekend shift every fortnight) What You'll Do • Receive and inspect incoming stock; count items, verify product codes, and check against delivery documents to ensure accuracy. • Scan and process stock orders daily, following company procedures to keep inventory records up to date. • Ensure products are stored safely, neatly, and in the correct locations. • Stack and store items properly to prevent damage to products or equipment. • Investigate stock discrepancies, identify causes, and report issues as needed. • Pick and pack customer orders accurately, following pick slips, RF scanners, or system instructions. • Follow all warehouse procedures and timeframes to meet daily dispatch targets.
Requirements
What You'll Bring • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. • The role requires regular manual handling, including lifting, carrying and moving items of up to 20kg. • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts offered every fortnight. • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards. • Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential. Full training will be provided.
