What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional experiences through our Next Steps™ induction programme
- Leading high-quality gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT-led expert workshops
- Building powerful and lasting relationships with members
- Growing a strong and sustainable PT client base
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a premium gym floor environment
- Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered
Essential Criteria - Level 4 Certification
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset
Desirable - Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

- Flexible hours and days are required for this role
- Must be available for 25+ hours per week
- Proof of right to work in New Zealand documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
