Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Technical Excellence

  • Deliver scheduled classes to the members.
  • Lead specialized sessions with a focus on technique, flow, and mindfulness.
  • Prescribe and demonstrate exercises clearly to ensure proper form and safety.
  • Instruct all classes in a professional and engaging manner.
Participant Engagement & Experience
  • Proactively engage with participants to understand their fitness goals.
  • Optimize the time before class starts to build rapport and connect with members.
  • Generate a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive environment for all fitness levels.
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere focused on overall mental and physical wellbeing.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all healthy and safe practices are strictly followed during every session.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space for the safety of all participants.

Job Prerequisites:

  • At least two years of relevant professional work experience; OR
  • A relevant NZQF Level 4 Certificate or higher; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree paired with relevant work experience.
  • Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
