We’re looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join thl Digital and contribute to high-quality software that supports our people, customers and partners.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on developer with solid C# experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and continuing to grow their technical capability in a supportive Agile environment.
The role:
As an Intermediate Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with senior developers, architects, product owners, DevOps and wider tech teams to design, build, support and improve thl digital’s online platforms, e-commerce applications and web services.

You’ll be a collaborative, curious and solutions-focused developer who enjoys hands-on coding and is keen to keep learning. You’ll bring a practical approach, good communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Contributing to the development of thl digital’s online products and services.
- Writing, testing and maintaining quality software across a range of languages and frameworks.
- Collaborating with developers, architects and product teams to deliver practical software solutions.
- Supporting continuous integration, delivery improvements and software development best practice.
- Providing technical support for existing websites, e-commerce applications and web services.
- Monitoring development progress, escalating risks and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions and WIP meetings.
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party software suppliers.
You’ll be a collaborative, curious and solutions-focused developer who enjoys hands-on coding and is keen to keep learning. You’ll bring a practical approach, good communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years’ hands-on experience developing web and service applications using C#.
- Good knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC and C#.
- Familiarity with API development and object-oriented programming.
- A basic understanding of front-end technologies such as React.
- Practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical details clearly.
- Experience with .NET Core, AWS and NoSQL databases would be advantageous.
