About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Café Manager to run one of the busiest cafés in the group. You’ll lead from the front, keep service running smoothly during peak periods, and actively coach and develop a large team.


You would be involved in:

  • Daily café operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading and motivating a large front-of-house team
  • Training, coaching and developing staff
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of service and product quality
  • Supporting roster management and weekend trading

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years strong, proven espresso barista experience (essential)
  • 2–3 plus years’ experience in a café or hospitality leadership role (required)
  • Confidence working in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead from the front
  • A genuine focus on customer experience and service quality
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (including weekends)
