Full job description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Must have good knowledge in Asian grocery atleast 2 plus years of experience as shop consists of 2500 items

 Managing overall store operations in a retail environment ,Planning staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.

 Supervising, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high performance

 Ensuring excellent customer service standards at all times

 Managing stock levels, ordering inventory, and maintaining accurate stock control

systems

 Overseeing cash handling, daily reconciliations, and financial reporting

 Maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards

 Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies

 Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally

 Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve profitability

 Coordinating with suppliers and managing deliveries

Skills and Experience

 A relevant Qualification (Level-4) is required to work for the role or

 However, 2 Years of relevant work experience can substitute the qualification

 Strong leadership and team management ability

 Good communication and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

 Relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but

not mandatory)

Mandatory Requirements

 Must be available to work flexible hours

 Ability to manage a operational environment and heavy lifting of boxes required

 Police Clearance Certificate required

 Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
