About the Role
In this role, you’ll work across exciting product development projects within our Lisa’s Dips team, taking ideas from concept through to production. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality, innovative products.

You’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on in trials, benchwork, and real product development, while also building your technical expertise and contributing to longer-term innovation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product development projects on time and within budget
• Design, run and report on experiments and factory trials
• Develop and maintain product specifications and technical documentation
• Ensure products meet food safety, regulatory and quality standards
• Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimisation and quality improvement
• Provide technical support across operations and stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry

About You

• You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on, and being part of a team that brings ideas to life.
• You love food and have sound culinary cooking skills. Lisa’s is about flavour and having a passion for creating tasty food is a must.
• You’ll bring:
• A degree in Food Technology or a related science field
• 2+ years’ experience in a relevant industry, ideally in a high care environment
• Knowledge of food safety, microbiology, HACCP, and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, “can-do” approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to have:

• Experience in sensory, QA/QC, or product development
• Understanding of how formulation decisions impact business outcome
