About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 75+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Company Secretary to play a pivotal role in supporting our local governance. You'll lead committee support, manage alignment with local regulators, and ensure the Board is fully informed of their legal responsibilities.

Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing autonomous governance to support expansion in New Zealand
  • Preparing agendas, circulating meeting packs, and tracking post-meeting action items within set timeframes
  • Participating actively in board meetings and drafting accurate, comprehensive minutes
  • Maintaining statutory registers, managing document execution, and filing returns with the Companies Office
  • Assisting the Legal team to ensure full compliance with local regulations
  • Communicating and influencing effectively at the executive and board levels
  • Delivering high-impact initiatives aimed at improving and scaling the local governance function
  • Representing Revolut in New Zealand before public institutions and regulatory bodies
  • Ensuring robust local governance standards while aligning key processes across the global group
  • Assisting junior colleagues with their development and supporting the quality of their work

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial role
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a professional company secretarial certification
  • Experience within a financial institution or the technology sector
  • A solid understanding of local corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
  • Solid team skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at the executive level
  • The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively
  • Proven skills in drafting clear and concise minutes
  • The capability to own legal entity compliance activity with minimal support
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow everyday. We're not just doing this because it's the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers.
