WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll primarily be the smiling face that serves and sells to our customers in our fantastic Willis Street retail store.
Your day-to-day will have you utilising your outstanding systems and products knowledge to drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.
Sometimes you'll provide virtual service which will see you assisting our customers over chat messaging, and you may even occasionally assist in a customer's home.
Your flexible and open attitude will help you shine across all our customer interactions and support our customers on their journey with us - whatever that journey looks like.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.
- The most crucial thing is that you want to provide excellent customer experiences and can connect with people from all walks of life.
- You'll be an excellent team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!)
- You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
OUR BENEFITS:
These are just one of the many things that make working at Spark that extra bit special. Along with competitive pay, vibrant and supportive growth-focused culture, we offer over $5,000 worth of benefits a year available to you just for being with Spark:
- Uncapped Commission
- Monthly $150 Spark credit to use on any of our amazing products (at staff rates!)
- Comprehensive medical insurance, life and income protection
- Enhanced parental leave payments - including top up to 100% base salary on top of the government contribution for 26 weeks.
- Development opportunities with countless career pathways within the wider Spark group.
- Leading edge health and wellbeing support including wellbeing coaches and in-house Specialist Clinical Support.
- $1,500 referral scheme - get your mates to join and make some extra cash!
