This is a unique graduate development opportunity that provides practical experience across civil infrastructure, utilities, project delivery, surveying, and operational support. Working alongside experienced project managers, surveyors, supervisors, and operational leaders, you'll gain exposure to both office and field-based activities while developing a broad range of technical, commercial, and professional skills.

- Produces accurate, high-quality work.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with stakeholders.
- Wants practical experience across field and office environments.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Surveying, Infrastructure Engineering, or related qualification (completed or near completion).
- Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol screening in accordance with company policy.
