Hi5 Services Limited is looking for a creative and experienced MultimediaDesigner to join our team in Onehunga, Auckland.The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and producing engagingmultimedia content for our website, e-commerce operations, digital advertising,social media and other online platforms. The role combines graphic design, videoand motion graphics, UI/UX, website and e-commerce design, and digitaladvertising creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, images, promotional banners, digitaladvertisements and other multimedia content for websites, e-commerce andsocial media.
• Create and edit visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, Canva and comparable professional design tools.
• Design creative multimedia assets for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook andInstagram), TikTok Ads, Bing Ads and other digital platforms.
• Create and edit promotional videos, short-form content, animations andmotion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and similarapplications.
• Design website pages, landing pages and digital interfaces with a focus onvisual presentation, usability and user experience.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, layouts and interactive prototypesusing Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro or comparable UI/UX tools.
• Design and update e-commerce pages, product displays, promotionalbanners and other online-store content using Shopify or similar platforms.
• Design branded email templates, newsletters and promotional layoutsusing Klaviyo or similar platforms. Review audience engagement and performance information to improvemultimedia content and digital creative.
• Apply practical knowledge of HTML and CSS when preparing web layoutsand multimedia assets and liaising with developers.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual quality and design standards across thecompany's digital channels. Use contemporary creative and AI-assisted tools where appropriate tosupport multimedia concept development and production.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in MultimediaDesign, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, UI/UXDesign or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of relevantqualification and professional experience appropriate to the role.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia design,graphic/digital design, UI/UX, web design or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating graphics, digital layouts, video, animationand other multimedia content.
• Experience designing content for websites, e-commerce, social media anddigital advertising.
• Practical experience with professional design software such as AdobePhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma,Canva, or comparable applications.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, website layouts, user journeys, wireframesand digital design principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple design requirements andmeet deadlines.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication and organisationalSkills.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram,TikTok, HTML/CSS and AI-assisted creative tools will be advantageous.

Work Location: In person
