Service Technician (Ground Support Equipment)
Queenstown Airport Based
Are you an experienced mechanic or Service Technician who loves machinery, problem-solving and getting your hands dirty? Looking for a varied role where your experience is valued?
Our Invercargill Branch is looking for an experienced technician to join our growing Service Team, working primarily throughout Queenstown Airport and the surrounding areas.
You'll be working alongside an experienced team maintaining a wide range of specialised airport plant and Ground Support Equipment, with the opportunity for off-airport machinery work depending on your skills and experience.

About your new role
We're looking for a strong, experienced mechanic/technician with a good understanding of:
- Light to heavy mechanical equipment
- 12 & 24-volt electrical systems
- Hydraulics and fault-finding
- EV equipment
- Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
Previous airport or GSE experience is an advantage, but strong mechanical experience is what matters most, with an ability to learn new skills.
The role includes rostered after-hours on-call work.

» F, W, T or R endorsements preferred but not essential
