The Opportunity


Are you ready to take the next step in your FMCG sales career?


In this newly created role, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join our Mass Merchants and Emerging Channel team ,reporting to the Head of Customer.


You will help bring customer plans to life, identify opportunities for growth and work across some of Nestlé’s iconic brands. With exposure to senior commercial leaders and cross-functional teams, this is a great opportunity to build your customer management capability and accelerate your career in Sales.


A day in the life...


  • Support the development and execution of customer and channel plans.
  • Deliver promotional and activation plans that drive customer growth.
  • Analyse sales and customer data to uncover commercial opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, trade spend and promotional planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Field teams.
  • Support customer reviews, product launches and ranging opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.


What will make you successful


You are a proactive, commercially curious and ready to grow your career in customer management. You will bring:


  • Experience in FMCG sales, field sales, account management, category or a commercial role is ideal
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for delivering results.



Full New Zealand working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
