Duties included
- Lead people orchard tasks such as pruning and thinning, maintenance of the farm and building structure
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress
- Assist the Orchard manager in planning orchard work activities
- Train new workers on orchard procedures
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards
- Report issues to the Orchard Manager or Director
- Assist with harvest coordination and bin placement, team allocation, contractors supervision
- Monitoring the productivity and performance of the orchard staff
- Support health and safety compliance
Requirements- Qualification in Level 4 or 2 years of relevant experience in horticulture
