Full job description
Front of House Team Member – Full-Time / Part-Time
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and front counter areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work well as part of a busy team
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or Front of House experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
