We are now looking for an energised and highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Mackenzies Restaurant
Inspired by the pioneering spirit and hospitality of Queenstown’s early settlers, Mackenzies Restaurant offers intimate dining by glowing fires in winter and al fresco fare on expansive balconies in summer. Our seasonal menu celebrates the freshest local ingredients and innovative cuisine.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. This position involves working across Mackenzies Restaurant, special events, weddings, conferences, and more.

- Understanding and adherence to HACCP and Food Safety standards.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
