A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with managers and leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals. The role combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic planning and workforce management.

Typical Job Description

Common responsibilities include:

Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.

Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.

Managing change programs, restructures, and organizational transformation projects.

Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Analyzing workforce data and providing recommendations to improve performance and engagement.

Supporting learning, development, succession planning, and leadership development.
