We’re looking for a Senior Business Performance Reporting Analyst to join Fletcher Construction.

This is a senior role within a well-established finance team, where you will play a key role in leading the FP&A function and owning business performance reporting. You’ll work closely with finance leaders and operational teams to deliver clear, accurate insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of business performance insights across financial and operational metrics, providing clear visibility to senior leadership
• Act as a trusted business partner to finance leaders and operational teams, using BI tools (primarily IBM Planning Analytics) to deliver meaningful, decision-ready insights
• Own and lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational drivers
• Deliver high-quality monthly performance reporting, including clear analysis and commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner closely with operational teams to improve project performance, cost control, and commercial outcomes
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance through continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and reporting
• Drive efficiencies and consistency across reporting and planning processes, lifting overall capability of the FP&A function
• Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders as required

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• A CA qualification (or equivalent) with around 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, reporting, or commercial finance
• Strong experience with performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a corporate or commercial environment
• Confidence working with BI tools and data environments such as Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights for a range of stakeholders
• A collaborative approach, with proven ability to build relationships across finance and the wider business
