The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in New Zealand. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers and distributors, while supporting the wider sales and operations team.
You’ll act as the link between customers, distributors, and internal teams—ensuring orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and communicated clearly at every stage. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Processing and managing customer orders through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
-
Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with customers, distributors, and internal teams
-
Supporting the sales team and responding to requests promptly and professionally
-
Building strong working relationships across the wider Tait team to support daily operations
You’ll be part of a high-contact, service-focused environment, working closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.

-
A background in customer service or logistics, with strong problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
It would also be an advantage if you:
-
Have experience in the radio or critical communications industry
-
Enjoy learning new systems and processes
-
Speak another Asia-Pacific language
You’ll also be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
