As an ICT Field Services Technician, you'll be providing hands-on technical support across one of New Zealand's most dynamic entertainment and hospitality environments, supporting everything from gaming and hospitality systems to corporate technology and critical business applications

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As an ICT Field Services Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our technology systems remain available, reliable, and well supported.

You will:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests to agreed service levels.
  • Support gaming, hospitality, network, and business technology environments.
  • Manage escalations, change requests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout incident resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures

Mōu | About You

You're a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys working directly with people and solving technical challenges.

You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an IT support environment.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a field services or desktop support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Desirable:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA.
