Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Indian Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of authentic Indian dishes. Help with tandoor cooking, including naan breads, kebabs, and tandoori items.
  • Prepare ingredients and assist senior chefs during service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Support the kitchen team with general duties and stock organisation.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
