Student Services Coordinator

EF Auckland

Are you energetic, proactive, social, and passionate about creating incredible experiences for international students?

EF Auckland is looking for a Student Services Coordinator to join our fast-paced, student-focused team in the heart of Auckland CBD.

This is not your average admin role. One day you might be coordinating student arrivals from around the world, the next supporting a graduation event, organising activities, recruiting homestay families, or helping students settle into life in New Zealand.

At EF, Student Services sits at the centre of the student experience. You will work across welfare, operations, activities, accommodation, compliance, and customer service while connecting with students and EF offices across more than 50 countries globally.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting international student arrivals, departures, orientation, and graduation events
    Liaising with EF Sales Offices globally regarding student bookings and operational support Managing student booking administration and visa documentation Supporting student welfare, wellbeing, and customer service Assisting with activities, excursions, and student engagement Supporting homestay recruitment and placement coordination Coordinating Job Club and Internship Program administration Assisting with reception operations and emergency phone coverage Supporting the wider Student Services and Activities teams across day-to-day operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Positive, outgoing, and highly proactive
    Organised and calm under pressure Passionate about customer service and student experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Confident communicating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Happy to jump in and support wherever needed A strong team player with a high level of ownership and initiative

Student services experience and previous management or leadership experience are highly beneficial.
