About the internship:

Our unique internship opportunity offers students the opportunity to be immersed in product development within the medical device industry. The internship runs from November 2026 through to February 2027 and you’ll be working alongside a great team of people on a wide range of projects and challenges.

What to include in your application?
We want to hear from students who want to make a real difference in the medical industry, so please include the following in your application:

• An up-to-date CV that outlines your relevant skills and experiences, including any technical skills and systems/programs you have used. Be sure to include your personal and university projects, and what drives you!
• A cover letter outlining your career ambitions and how an internship with AROA will help you achieve them.
• An academic transcript to show that you're studying, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or qualification at NZQA Level 7–10.
  
  
  

What happens next? If your application is shortlisted, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to arrange an initial conversation. You may then meet with the relevant team for an interview, where we’ll learn more about your skills, interests and what you’re looking to gain from an internship with AROA. If you’re the successful candidate, we’ll complete academic or professional reference checks before confirming the offer and next steps.
