We are seeking well-presented, energetic individuals with a passion for coffee to become part of our De'Longhi Coffee Experts in-store. In this role, you will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge coffee machines, helping customers experience the De'Longhi brand.

Stores: Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores
Start Date: Mid-March
Remuneration: $30 per hour + bonus program
Timings: Saturday and/or Sunday. Hours are 10:30am to 3:30pm.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who can create positive interactions and leave a lasting impression. If you’ve worked in retail, sales, or promotions before, that’s fantastic - but just as important is your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

This is a weekend role, perfect for individuals who thrive on connecting with people and bringing products to life. You’ll work independently in-store but always have the support of our experienced team, with regular training and development to keep you at your best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings

• Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits

• Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines

• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.

• Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

• Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.

• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.

Requirements:

• Confident attributable sales skills or experience (required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Reliable, honest, with a solid work ethic

• Available for weekends and busy periods

• Able to attend a paid training session (held on a weekday)

• Must have NZ residency or valid work visa (no student visas)
