We are seeking well-presented, energetic individuals with a passion for coffee to become part of our De'Longhi Coffee Experts in-store. In this role, you will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge coffee machines, helping customers experience the De'Longhi brand.
About the role:
Job Title: De'Longhi Coffee Expert
Locations Available: Auckland
Roles Available: 10
Stores: Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores
Start Date: Mid-March
Remuneration: $30 per hour + bonus program
Timings: Saturday and/or Sunday. Hours are 10:30am to 3:30pm.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who can create positive interactions and leave a lasting impression. If you’ve worked in retail, sales, or promotions before, that’s fantastic - but just as important is your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
This is a weekend role, perfect for individuals who thrive on connecting with people and bringing products to life. You’ll work independently in-store but always have the support of our experienced team, with regular training and development to keep you at your best.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings

Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits

Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines

Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.

Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.

Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.

Confident attributable sales skills or experience (required)

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service

Reliable, honest, with a solid work ethic

Available for weekends and busy periods

Able to attend a paid training session (held on a weekday)

Must have NZ residency or valid work visa (no student visas)
