Welcome to Suntory Oceania | Nau mai ki Suntory Oceania
Bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania.
By harnessing the best of Suntory from across Australia and New Zealand, Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food Oceania have created a multi-beverage powerhouse – Suntory Oceania.
Our 40 market-leading brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee, are powered by five distribution centres, more than 1,500 Suntorians and two local manufacturing sites. With full end-to-end control of our portfolio, we pioneer new beverage experiences, inspired by innovation and craftsmanship.
As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be moving into the 38th floor of the Vero Centre in Auckland, creating a new, modern space that reflects who we are today—collaborative, high-performing, and future-focused.
At Suntory, we believe making great drinks takes the right ingredients—and that starts with our people. That’s why we’re committed to building the right mix of talent, backgrounds, and experiences, so we can continue Growing for Good together.
What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa?
Due to internal mobility and continued growth, we’re building a talent pool of Territory Managers across Auckland.
We have opportunities across multiple channels, including:
On-The-Go (Route / Convenience)
Grocery (Non-licensed retail)
Licensed (On-Premise & Off-Premise)

Your role will see you:
Drive sales and market share growth across your territory
Build and strengthen relationships with retail and/or hospitality customers
Execute promotional activity and in-store/venue activations
Identify and win new business opportunities
Leverage data and insights to influence performance
Stay close to your customers, understanding their needs and helping grow their business
This is a field-based role where you’ll be out with customers, bringing our brands to life every day.
About you | Nō hea koe
You’re a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
You’ll bring:

A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously
Commercial thinking and confidence using data to guide decisions
Strong planning and organisational capability
A passion for delivering results and growing your career
A full driver’s licence is essential for this field-based role.
If you’re not an expert in all these areas, don’t worry! A lot of what we look for is how you align with our values and how you can bring your unique skills and experience to the role.
What’s in it for you? I He aha te mea e whiwhi ai koe?
Grow your career – we promote from within and offer strong internal mobility across channels and markets
Generous incentive to reward your hard work
An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers
Gradual return to work to support you coming back from parental leave
Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working
Tools of trade provided, including company vehicle
Free life insurance and discounted health insurance
We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave
Our DEI Commitment | Tō mātou kaingākau ki te Kanorau, te Mana Ōrite me te Kotahitanga.

We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all individuals can bring their whole selves to work every day, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Our recruitment and selection processes are designed to highlight what Suntory offers as an employer while allowing candidates to share their unique skills and experiences. We understand that career trajectories vary, and if you believe your experience/background can benefit our team, we encourage you to apply. We endeavour to make our interview process as inclusive as possible and offer reasonable accommodations as needed. Together, we can cultivate a workplace where everyone can thrive and propel our mission of Growing for Good.
