We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team based at Southdown Depot, Auckland on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting operational leaders and frontline teams while contributing to the continued success of our operations.


  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to site
  • Providing general administration and customer support
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required
  • Procuring office supplies, PPE and IT hardware
  • Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Monitoring, updating and maintaining systems such as Weightrax
  • Supporting finance processes, including raising purchase orders and receipting goods
  • Coordinating medicals and compliance training and updating employee records in Predict

  • You'll be highly organised, proactive and take pride in delivering excellent support to your team. You enjoy working in a busy environment, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with multiple systems and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
