Te āheinga: The opportunity
In this role, you will review, process, and accurately enter application documents for both domestic and international applicants. As a valued member of the frontline team, you will work closely with applicants and occasionally provide in-person support, helping to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and positive experience throughout the application journey.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity through to 15th November 2026.

You’ll have:
An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy across administrative processes and documentation.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing requirements.
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, with the ability to manage a range of tasks in a professional and reliable manner.
Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and email systems.
A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting both planned and ad hoc activities across academic support functions.
A commitment to enhancing the student experience and contributing to initiatives that support student enrolment.
Desirable:
Experience in enrolment processing or enrolment administration, ideally within the education sector.
