Employment Type: Full time
The Arnott’s Group portfolio of brands continues the 160-year legacy of the Arnott family, providing quality, great-tasting food to create delicious moments for consumers across the world.

At The Arnott’s Group, you’ll join a diverse, values-driven team passionate about delivering quality products like Tim Tam, Shapes, Mother Earth and more—plus enjoy them too!

We are proud of our legacy, but we aren't stopping here! Collaborators, innovators, and agile thinkers with a curious mind thrive here. Be part of a future which is full of delicious moments created locally, by you!
We’re looking for a driven, curious and digitally savvy marketer to step into a broad, hands‑on role supporting some of our most loved brands.

This is a unique opportunity to build your marketing capability across both brand and digital, while taking real ownership of brands including 180 Degrees and Arnott’s Gold. From social and content creation through to campaigns and activations, you’ll play a central role in how our brands show up in market.
You’ll work across the marketing mix, with strong exposure to digital, social and consumer engagement. It’s a role for someone who is proactive, collaborative and excited to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

The opportunity
Our NZ business is experiencing strong growth, with continued investment in brand and local capability.
This role exists to strengthen execution across brand, digital and consumer touchpoints, while also bringing greater focus to how we show up across social and content.
You will report to the Savoury Senior Brand Manager and partner cross‑functionally with sales, category, supply chain and agency partners. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership early, while learning and building capability in a supportive team.
This is about gaining breadth and accelerating your marketing career.

Key responsibilities
You’ll play a role across brand and digital execution, including:
Executing brand campaigns and promotional plans across your portfolios
Support bringing partnerships, events and experiential activations to life
Managing social and digital execution across the NZ portfolio, including content creation
Monitoring brand, social, competitor and market performance, turning insights into action
Maintaining and updating the NZ website to ensure strong brand presence
Supporting wider marketing initiatives and contributing to brand planning

What success looks like
In your first 12 months, you’ll have built strong relationships across the business and become a trusted contributor within the marketing team.
Execution will feel sharper, more consistent and more connected across channels. Our social presence will be more engaging, with content that resonates with local consumers.
You’ll be confident owning campaigns, while also contributing meaningful insights into how we prioritise and grow our brands.
Most importantly, you’ll be building real capability — with clear progression ahead of you.

About you
You’re early in your marketing career and ready to step into a role where you can take ownership and grow quickly.
You might be a Marketing Graduate, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive looking to broaden your exposure.

You’ll bring:
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or related role
A genuine passion for brands, consumers and marketing
An interest in digital and social, ideally with some exposure to content creation
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally
Curiosity, initiative and a problem‑solving mindset
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
A growth mindset and ambition to build a long‑term marketing career
Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred) or similar

Why The Arnott’s Group?
The Arnott’s Group is one of the most recognised and trusted FMCG businesses across Australia and New Zealand, with a portfolio of brands that have been part of households for generations.
But this role offers something more.
You’ll gain exposure to a broad marketing remit, with the opportunity to build digital capability while working on brands people genuinely love.
It’s a chance to learn fast, take ownership early and grow your career in a business investing in its future.
Big enough to matter. Small enough to shape.

A final word

This role will suit someone who wants to build their career, not just do a job.
Someone who is curious, proactive and ready to take ownership — while learning from those around them.
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow quickly, gain real exposure and make an impact early, we’d love to hear from you.
