As a UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital experiences by designing intuitive, elegant, and human-centred designs that support clinicians, patients, and healthcare professionals worldwide.

About the Role

This is a highly collaborative position within our Informatics design team, where you’ll be crafting user experiences across our mobile, web and physical product interfaces. From discovery to ideation and validation, you’ll be responsible for crafting solutions that align with the company strategy to improve patient care and outcomes.

You’ll help evolve our UX processes, design systems, and experience frameworks—ensuring consistency, accessibility, and innovation across every touchpoint. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals.

What we expect from you

A strong UX design skillset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

Ability to clearly understand complex problems and translate them into simple, elegant design solutions.

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals.

Confident engaging with users and are experienced in conducting user-focused research.

Capable of taking projects and progressing them from research through to completion when needed.

About You

You’re a passionate digital designer with a strong foundation in UX and Human factors, and a mindset rooted in problem solving. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving meaningful problems, and always advocate for the user.

You’ll have at least 2 - 4 years' experience as a User Experience or Digital Product designer with experience designing large scale digital products and services.

Proven success designing for mobile and web interfaces with measurable customer and commercial impact.

Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.

Confidence working in a collaborative environments, partnering closely with fellow ux designers, developers and cross-functional teams.

You’re self-organised, curious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You learn from failure, celebrate progress, and always put our users first.
