The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, repairing, and installing coding and labelling equipment at customer sites across the North Island. This is a highly varied role where you'll work with a wide range of technologies and machinery.
Your responsibilities will include:

Fault finding, servicing, and repairing industrial coding and labelling equipment.

Carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
-
Assisting with equipment installations and commissioning.
-
Managing customer bookings and maintaining strong client relationships.
-
Completing site inductions and following health and safety procedures.
-
Working closely with the wider service team to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys technical challenges and takes pride in delivering great service.
Ideally you'll have:

A current EAS registration
-
Experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial field service.

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Good time management and the ability to work autonomously.

A genuine interest in technology and learning new equipment.
