A Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients visiting a medical clinic, GP practice, specialist office, hospital department, or healthcare centre. They provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in patients

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

Managing patient records and confidential information

Processing payments and invoices

Handling referrals, test bookings, and correspondence

Updating databases and filing documents

Assisting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks

Maintaining reception and waiting areas

Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
