- Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person/whānau centred approach.
- Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
- Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate.
- Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.
