About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive RMO Coordinator to support the smooth coordination of Resident Medical Officer rosters and related administration. This role is key to ensuring rosters are accurate, efficient and aligned with service needs.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and maintain RMO rosters, including roster changes and leave cover
- Support RMO orientation programmes and onboarding activities
- Liaise with RMOs, Operations Managers, Service Leaders, Payroll and other key stakeholders
- Help ensure accurate roster records, timely payroll information and continuity of service
- Provide flexible administrative support across the RMO Unit as required
Our coordinator will provide relief cover for RMO Unit Coordinators during periods of leave and peak roster-writing demands.
The salary band for this role is $76,705 - 84,754, depending on experience.
About the Team/Service Location
The RMO Unit facilitates linkages between and provides support for all those involved in RMO management functions across the sub-regional hospitals to ensure consistency of management practices, provision of employment agreement compliance, and administration of employment issues relating to RMOs
This role is based at both Wellington and Hutt Valley Hospital dependant on where Coordinator cover is required.
