This is a remote working position based in either Australia or New Zealand.

This is a remote working position based in either Australia or New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
The role will cover two main areas of responsibility providing training and support to customers who may experience issues with their software product.
- Effectively deliver independent onsite and remote educational training on the use of Sun Nuclear products
- Complete all pre-work and effectively communicate the training plan to the customer
- Assist in the development of training materials including but not limited to Power Point presentation, syllabus, and user documentation/instructions
- Interface with customers to resolve cases and assist in troubleshooting escalated issues in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and determine internal resources needed for resolution
- Document promptly and correctly in Salesforce and/or TaskRay all activities related to each Training, Adoption or Support task, including but not limited to emails, phone calls and signed documents
- Attend conferences and trade shows as needed
- Create Knowledge base articles on processes and troubleshooting steps to help the team if similar issues are encountered in the field
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested occasionally
- BSc or MSc in Medical Physics, Dosimetry or a related field
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- A background in Radiation Oncology
- Clinical experience in Radiation Therapy is a plus
- Strong training delivery skills, able to convey complex topics in a clear and effective way
- Good communicator – clear with excellent presentation skills,confident in presenting ideas both in person and remotely
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organised, able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
- Good technical aptitude, comfortable with web-based tools and learning new technologies and industries standards
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and situations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Open-minded and able to think outside the box
- Attentive to customer and team feedback
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites
