Are you passionate about data analytics that support supply chain management decisions and help solve complex business problems? Do you enjoy turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions and improve business performance? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll support the Product Supply Network team by delivering analytics, modelling, business insights, and optimisation to help shape the future of our global manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply network.

You'll work across a variety of strategic initiatives, supporting network design, business analytics, risk assessment, and decision-making that improves service, resilience, and cost performance across our global operations.

What you’ll do:
  • Analyse large and complex supply chain datasets to support network strategy and business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.
  • Support business analytics activities by translating data into recommendations that improve operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain network models, optimisation tools, and analytical frameworks to evaluate future supply chain scenarios.
  • Support network design studies, business cases, and strategic product supply projects.
  • Conduct risk and resilience analysis to identify vulnerabilities, assess trade-offs, and support mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure robust data, assumptions, and recommendations.
  • Support the development of forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-support capabilities across the Product Supply function.

What we’re looking for:
  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years' experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, business analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experienced in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and accelerate analysis
  • An interest in optimisation, simulation, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
