Medical Receptionist | Laiset Healthcare Services Incorporated

Be the welcoming face of the clinic by delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a healthcare facility.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll manage appointments, patient registrations, medical records, and front-desk operations while providing professional support to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

What You'll Do?

Front Desk & Patient Services

Welcome patients and respond to enquiries

Schedule and manage appointments

Register patients and maintain accurate records

Administration

Verify patient information and assist with billing

Process referrals, admissions, and documentation

Maintain reception supplies and support office operations

Team Support

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff

Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Certificate or Diploma in Business, Medical Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience is an advantage
