Allevia Radiology is looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to join the team on an as-needed, as-available basis to cover shifts at our eastern and southern Auckland branches i.e. Botany, Pakuranga and at times Pukekohe, covering sick leave and planned annual leave.
This opportunity is perfect for a friendly and enthusiastic people person who thrives in a customer facing role, is confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians and has the flexibility to cover shifts across both these locations when required. While previous experience in healthcare is an advantage, training and ongoing support will be provided, so to thrive in this role you'll need a natural curiosity and appetite for learning!
We encourage you to apply if you have:
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environment
- Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly, experience with COMRAD would be an advantage
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and respect of Privacy
- The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
- The availability and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts when required
