Join a fast‑paced and supportive Recruitment & Allocation team and play a vital role in shaping the future medical workforce across the Auckland region.
We're looking for a proactive, relationship‑focused consultant to deliver high‑quality recruitment, allocation and candidate care services for RMOs across a range of medical specialities. This unique role blends recruitment with the allocation of doctors to training and service runs throughout the year.
You'll work closely with District services, clinicians, RMOs and candidates, providing expert guidance across the full recruitment and allocation cycle. You'll manage end‑to‑end RMO recruitment, maintain strong sourcing pipelines, support annual workforce planning, and ensure allocations meet both training and service requirements.
What you'll bring
- Recruitment, HR or workforce management experience
- Confidence navigating a large, complex organisation
- Strong administration and first‑call resolution skills
- Can demonstrate working with high volumes of tasks and people
- Solid Word and Excel capability
- Ability to interpret and use raw data in decision making
- Excellent self‑management and prioritisation
- Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
- A sharp eye for detail and plenty of common sense
