  • Join a specialty Cancer and Chronic Conditions Research team to support a portfolio of sponsored, collaborative and Investigator-led, Phase Ib-III Oncology, Haematology and Renal clinical trials.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Assistant, or the right candidate with the relevant skills and motivation to move into this role. Preference will be given to an applicant with clinical research or laboratory experience.

As a Clinical Research Assistant, the key areas of this role are:

  • Accurate clinical trial data entry and documentation
  • Maintaining essential documents
  • Handling of research blood samples and other biological specimens
  • Administrative tasks related to clinical trial conduct
  • Following Good Clinical Research Practice and relevant regulatory guidelines

About the Team/Service

We are a team of Nurse Coordinators, Research Coordinators/Assistants, and a Finance/Administration Coordinator. We work closely with the Medical Oncologists, Haematologists and Renal Physicians with Cancer and Chronic Conditions, the multidisciplinary team, trial sponsors and Clinical Research Organisations.


About you

As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will need to be a hard-working team player with excellent time management skills, the ability to problem solve and work under pressure when required.

The right candidate will be welcomed into a supportive team of experienced research staff, provided with an orientation package and given the opportunity to grow and develop.
