This is a unique graduate development opportunity that provides practical experience across civil infrastructure, utilities, project delivery, surveying, and operational support. Working alongside experienced project managers, surveyors, supervisors, and operational leaders, you'll gain exposure to both office and field-based activities while developing a broad range of technical, commercial, and professional skills.

Te Aratika Infrastructure is seeking a motivated Engineering Graduate to join our Auckland team.
This is a unique graduate development opportunity that provides practical experience across civil infrastructure, utilities, project delivery, surveying, and operational support. Working alongside experienced project managers, surveyors, supervisors, and operational leaders, you'll gain exposure to both office and field-based activities while developing a broad range of technical, commercial, and professional skills.

- Pricing, estimating, and quotation preparation.
- Project reporting and information management.
- Customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Operational improvement and business systems projects.
- Asset information and project documentation management.
- Recently completed, or close to completing, a relevant qualification.
- Strong interest in civil infrastructure, utilities, construction, surveying, engineering, or project delivery.
- Enjoys learning new skills and solving problems.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive.
- Produces accurate, high-quality work.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with stakeholders.
- Wants practical experience across field and office environments.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Surveying, Infrastructure Engineering, or related qualification (completed or near completion).
- Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol screening in accordance with company policy.
