Medical Administrator – Cardia Care | Auckland

Are you an experienced Medical Administrator looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, specialist cardiology environment?

Cardia Care is a leading private Cardiology and Interventional Radiology clinic group across Auckland. We are growing and looking for a motivated Medical Administrator to join our supportive and rewarding team.

The Role:

• Patient management and appointment coordination
• Accurate data entry and patient record management
• Customer service — being the first point of contact for our patients
• Supporting clinical and administrative workflows across our clinics

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a medical administration or healthcare setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Experience with a Practice Management System (PMS) — HealthTrack experience highly regarded
• Experience with finance platforms such as Xero or MYOB advantageous
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work
