Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Professional Registration: Full Membership Registration as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker with 4+ years of experience.
- Counselling Expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling.
- Clinical Skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
- Communication Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone and/or video counselling.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
